This property has potential but no one seems to truly care. You would think for what we pay it would be well kept. For about a 6-7 months the pipes have been backing up every other month. The AC units leak, we even have black mold in there. There are tenants who don’t have Air unless they purchased window units. We all work hard and want a nice place but this is unacceptable. The temporary fixes only work so long. Hopefully I can move soon.

They do the bare minimum to maintain this property but expect tenants to pay higher rent. It wouldn’t be an issue if things were handled better from day one. We’ve had one dryer since Nov of last year. Nothing gets fixed over here. The pipes are old and leaking. It’s Sad because these apartments have potential. Currently looking to move. Nothing gets fixed here. We’ve been without air two days. Wasp keep showing up in my window that I never open. I’m sick of paying close to $800 on this place.

Well kept. Great location.

Built in 1970, "Lakeview Arms" was known to be the epitome of modern apartment living. Peacefully situated near a lake, waterbirds are frequently seen and heard flying overhead. The green lawns dotted with crepe myrtle and surrounding pine woods give a feeling of quiet solitude while the convenience of the local commerical district is literally moments away by car or foot. It's true that the beautiful buildings are beginning to show some of their age, but I have seen the work being put into them. It's heartwarming to know that the structures are cared for. At the same time, this icon of recent Brookhaven history is home to over sixty individuals and families who make this a wonderful place to live and I am privileged to serve them.

Sorry I didn't live there, I just drive by there every week.
They are $750 now from what I’m told.
I honestly don't know;. I would ask suggest to find out from management. I will say this whole families live there. It's not a Government apartment complex. The rent is not based on income, I have family that lives there...a couple. They are on Social Security and yet their rent per month for a 2 bedroom apartment there goes up every so often. It's over $625, right now. To register, as a sex offender, as anyone must do, would at the least make for a most uncomfortable situation for all concerned. The apartments are very close together and at least two police officers live there. Brookhaven is a small city and there is a website that lists sex offenders that live in the neighborhood, so people can protect their children. It would be an uncomfortable situation for all concerned; but ask the administrator...come in the front door with , instead of the back door.
