Staff was incredible rude from the moment she opened the door (knock for entrance). Don't understand why they need: name, address, phone and email for an in store purchase. I said I preferred not to provide personal info she said I had to for purchase. I was picking up a gift so I provided fake info. I have truly had a better experience at DMV. I will NOT patronize Omaha Steaks for a 2nd time for sure! REALLY BAD 1st impression!
