The Medical Staff is probably awesome, but we will never know. The front staff were rude and inconsiderate. I ask why we needed a covid test when we have no symptoms, she said just fill it out flippantly. I then ask nicely if they would turn down 1 of 2 televisions (on different stations) that were blaring so loud I could not concentrate of filling out forms. They said it was automated so I unplugged the television and sat to complete forms. One of the front staff came out to plug tv back in and I told her if you do we are leaving. But she was determined to show her x-customer who the boss was. My wife and I were the only customers there.

This is an old review I refrained from posting, but seeing how the front treated my parents today, I figured I’d share my experience also. Quality control needs to be done on those working the front desk. I had a lady from the front desk take me back to get vital signs and she only took half of my vitals. She wasn’t even going to take my temp, but I requested she did because I knew I had a fever (and I was correct). My son and I were both sick and she only took half his vitals too. She skipped out on my o2 and I didn’t complain at the time because I felt so bad and wasn’t in the mood for confronting. I had waited 3 hours in my car with little kids before I was seen so I was worn out. The same “secretary” swabbed us and quickly came back and said we were both positive for COVID. I saw the NP (which was great) and went home with meds. I checked my o2 at home and it was low. That’s when I got upset…. There are many people out there that wouldn’t have thought to check their oxygen when in distress and could easily end up in severe respiratory distress. The next day I went back up there and asked for my charts and the secretary falsely documented a few of the vital signs for both my son and I (had it just been falsely charting respirations, it wouldn’t have been a big deal). I demanded another COVID test on me and my son to ensure accurate results and only I came back positive. I’ve already contacted the CEO over this matter, but seeing the poor service to my parents either shows that nothing was done or that a good work ethic towards patients is not priority to the clinic manager. One member was rude to him over a TV and how he wanted to turn it down because it was blaring. Anyways, I hate leaving a bad review because I have loved every practitioner that has treated me from that clinic. They deserve better staff working under them..

They saw 2 patients in a 2 hours. Went in for a sinus infection and all they wanted to worry about is Covid testing to get your taxpayer dollars.

Very rude. Waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Ended up leaving because they said they were too busy.

Absolutely!
Our visits start out at $90, and cover most basic procedures. Anything such as Suturing/Splinting, and things of that nature will be an additional fee. Our Front Staff will go over any extra costs beforehand though.
