When we had bought our house 2 years ago, the original company that always serviced our house had reassured us prior to move in there was nothing wrong with the AC. Then once we did, all sorts of issues came up. We had Fire and Ice recheck those issues, not only did the technician show me pictures to explain me the issue, they were very transparent and quoted me at a very good price. They even agreed I was being overcharged from the other company. Their techs are always nice and good at communication. I've used them for maintenance mostly but I'm telling you once you find good service, you stay!

BAD NEWS ON THIS COMPANY ! They were good a few times however this last time they came out and never looked to see if it was the capacitor which my husband told them he thought it was. Instead they put a defective switch and said it had broken because of black ants. Only worked a couple days. Billed us 350.00. Then we had them back to fix it again. They put a completely different switch on which only worked 4 days. They never checked the capacitor. They billed us over 350.00 again. We refused to pay them again for a second switch. They never refunded us for the first switch. We had a different company come out and it was the capacitor. It's fixed now.
