We never were notified that any ornaments we shipped to you arrived broken. Please do so through the email that was sent with your order so we can file a claim with the Post Office and get another sent to you.
We post them onto the Facebook page where they can be downloaded from there. At times Facebook does limit the number of pictures we can post and just won't allow us to put more on. We try to post them as quickly as possible.
