I love Carabba’s. The service varies by wait staff and whether I dine alone or with a group, but I always enjoy the food. The food quality has remained consistently high over the years. Last weekend, I enjoyed a meal on the patio for the first time. Very enjoyable. The young lady didn’t offer fresh cheese & I had to ask for olive oil to accompany the seasonings on the plate. LOL. I was dining alone. Little things like that should be improved and standard, whether they’re expecting a hefty tip or not (obviously).

The food was excellent, the place is immaculately clean, the service was top notch the waiter, Jason was simply one of the best waiters I have been served by far to date. I highly recommend this place. The food menu was very good and they use some of the finest ingredients across the board kudos! to the Chef!

I feel as though this place really wants to be a fine establishment, but it just does not make the cut. Don’t fulfill what they describe on there drinks. Don’t put in orders until we add to the order. Scallops were cold, spinach was great, soup was great. Took 15 minutes for waitress to take our money after receiving bill. If this was a small chain it wouldn’t make it very long IMO.

Delicious food. Wait service was pretty slow. Most importantly the food was very yummy and fresh. The stuffed mushrooms were yummy!!
