Real piece of work. Your office isn't open so you can't talk to anyone in person. And you must leave your phone hanging off the hook because for hours on end you try to call and it's busy you can't get through.

They NEVER answer their phone!!!! There is no way to leave a message, nothing can get done without their help. Just asking them to do their job, answer the phone, allow us to leave a message so you can get back to us. Not everyone has a fax machine so telling us "if it's an emergency, leave a fax" is useless.

Mon. 9-5 Tue.9-5 Wed. 9-12 Thur. 9-5 Fri. 9-5 I do believe they have a lunch break between 12 and 1 I'm not sure exactly what time that would be but I do believe that they don't answer the phones during that time and those hours are a couple months old so you may want to just verify cuz they might have changed they tend to do that a lot there hope it helps
