Quest would get zero stars from me if this was an option. Last time I came in first thing in the morning I sat for around 2 hrs before being brought back. I mentally vowed to never come back here for labs however now Quest is the only lab provider accepted by my insurance company so I made an appointment this time around (about a week out because this is when they had openings) thinking it would be better but you can still expect to wait at least 30 minutes even with an appointment. No one wants to spend their day waiting for lab work and this is not how it's run at other lab draw facilities. This seems to be the companys' fault not the local staff who seem to being doing their best.

Appointment only walk ins are horrible they think they can be serviced before the appointments. Only 2 woman working they are extremely kind and do their best.

Utterly ridiculous. I scheduled my appointment and they turned me away due to “staff shortages”. No one wants to work anymore!

Showed up ten minutes before the scheduled appointment like it said and had no problem getting in and out.
