Dont go to Jenny's nails and spa on west ferry! Disgusting and unsanitary. This is the 3rd strike for me. The lady doing my pedicure laughed after she cut me on my toe and tried to use a dirty towel to clean the wound. She even took her gloves off and didn’t put a new pair on. I had to stop her. Like wth?! It was a Terrible rough pedicure from lady in the pedicure section. (I get Pedicures faithfully so there was no need for the extra muscle.) The woman Took a cheese grater to go across the top of my toes and cut the skin on my foot so deep it’s been bleeding for at least 15 minutes. Before she started to paint my toes I told the owner what happened and that I was not paying for that service. He told me she was doing her job and I had to pay. I told him I would pay for my fill service but not for the pedicure and he said he won’t service me at all. So I got my things and left with bloody toes and a bloody napkin. Never coming back ✌🏾They’re gross, money hungry with terrible customer service.
