Myself and my family have been taking our dogs here for at least 15 years. My aunt used them and when I moved back to Buffalo I started talking my dog. They took good care of her even though very old age when she had a condition that made her difficult to groom. I didn't know at the time but that was her last trip there before she passed away. At first they didn't think they could finish her cut - she was unsteady. But when I went to get her, she was done and I was happy that at least she was comfortable when she left me. I now take my new dog, a rescue with fear issues. I've been working hard with her and they understand dogs with special needs. I use the express service so she's not there for long but more importantly, the groomer, Sarah, remembers her and gets her done very well and knows how to keep her fears from being a problem. The last time I brought her home, she even seemed excited that she had done it, was back in her house and nothing bad happened to her. The positive experience helps me to help my dog keep progressing. Many years, many dogs, zero complaints. Highly recommended.

Sarah and her staff are phenomenal with my dog, Yogi. For a dog that has bad anxiety and is blacklisted from several local groomers, Sarah is excellent and my dog actually enjoys being groomed. Highly recommend Sarah and Bubbles and Barks to anyone with any type of dog.
