New to the area figured I’d try out a local place. Never left a one star review before but I had to after visiting here. Party of 2 we were told a 20 min wait… an hour and 15 min later we are finally seated to find out there is no wait staff! You have to put in your order at the bar and hope they bring it to the right table. Should’ve just ordered at the bar, wouldn’t have had to wait as long for bad food. Ordered the bbq chicken sandwich, the top bun was stale and bottom bun was so soggy I ate the chicken with a fork. Chips were stale and had less flavor than a saltine, my plate was definitely sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. Not the staff’s fault they are overworked, overwhelmed and probably under paid. Owners need to rethink their business model, this is not sustainable. Pay higher wages and charge higher prices, I’d rather pay more for decent service and have a hot meal than what we had. Will not be coming back

Honestly... I don't love the new dine in set up. Okay... So, I order at the "order here" area of the bar... But then I've gotta carry all of the drinks I ordered to the table(party of 5). Food is still good and delivered to the table... Then at the end of our meal I walk up to close our tab, while holding my 40# 18 month old, only to have only 1 person responsible for taking orders and cashing people out as 4 other employees seemed to walk around with "nothing to do". Please fix this set up.
