Literally the worst lab I’ve ever been to lol The employee helping me had reallyyy really bad bedside manner and also was just super unfriendly. I literally was already in the chair and the room and walked out to go somewhere else because I just did not feel comfortable. I get that we all have bad days! But if you’re dealing with people who are anxious around needles, you really need to be friendly at the very least. Especially if you’re an anxious or sensitive person, I STRONGLY recommend going somewhere else! Plenty of great labs and great people out there doing this job. Do better, Quest!

SLOW and nobody to talk to. If you ask a question and they just walk away and tell you to wait. After waiting a hour I walked out.

Was difficult to find it. But is 107 nest to the lobby entrance. Be sure to make your arrival on the Totten.

Was there for a blood test on 8/9/2022. I ordered the test online the day before and paid with a credit card. When I got to the lab, they said that the payment "didn't go through". I showed them the confirmation email saying I paid the day before but they insisted it "didn't go through". They asked me for my card and charged me again. Now I have two charges on my credit card for the same test. One test, two charges. I tried calling the billing department but you can't get a hold of anyone with a modicum of intelligence so I called discover to dispute and that process is ongoing. Do yourself a favor and go to LabCorp.
