The people working were great.. efficient and nice. The building itself is filthy.. lobby had discarded surgical gloves, gross sidewalk at entrance and all the doors were chipping paint and dented. Building is not good considering you want to feel like you are entering a clean environment.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BABY HERE!!! I am reeling from the experience I had trying to get the lead test and routine bloodwork done that our pediatrician ordered at the 12-month visit. I was told that they "see babies all the time" upon arrival. TWO phlebotomists spent an immense amount of time poking at my 1 year-old's arm while walking in and out of the room incrementally and not saying a word to us about what the problem was. Both of my daughters arms are bruised from the elastic bands they wrapped around and have needle marks all over them. We ultimately had to leave without even having any blood drawn or any explanation as to why. I am completely appalled by what went on at our routine visit. Would not want any other parents or babies to go through what we did.

I got there at 7;10,I registered on the ipad .People who walked in after me {at least 10 people}were being called for their lab work so I went up to the receptionist and to discover that the registration did not work ..It did not work for another woman either. and 8at am I was told by the receptionist that she could not find my script in my Northwell health Portal.I told her I called the doctor office several day prior and they told me it was sent to my portal in June ,and that it was good for 6 months.This is now August . So I leave , drive to the doctor office and get a paper copy of the script .I was told by my doctors office that YES it diffinately is in my portal.I go back and they do my blood work.The funny {not so funny} thing is that this is the second time this has happened.That was the reason I called my doctor's office to make sure, ahead of going to the lab that the script was in my portal.They do not know how to use the portal.If you are going to use this facility make an appointment and bring a paper copy of your lab work.
