This place is awesome! I called last minute to ask if they did same day rentals and Jose said yes we can. He asked what time do you need it, I said asap, he said I can have it delivered in an hour to your hotel. Definitely a life saver. My mother loved using her mobility scooter all over Macy’s and time square. I originally booked for one day, but ended up adding an additional day. Jose went above and beyond with great customer service.

Awesome place. I rented a electric wheelchair to test it out for my mother-in-law for a trip. The wheel chair was amazing and very easy to use and assemble. The best part was the pick up and delivery service of the wheelchair you guys provide. Made my life so much easier. They are very accommodating and great service. Highly recommend them. The wheelchair got delayed for a day from the airlines. Big apple was accommodating during the mess the airlines made.

Yes, they call it a Golf Cart, however it is illegal to use in NYC, so we can't it.
No, Motorcycle rental is illegal in New York City. However you can go across the river into New Jersey and rent one there.
Rental rate for 5 days is $185, and the delivery and Pickup fee for Manhattan is $20.
Hello Eva, Yes, this type of rentals requires a meet and greet, VIP check in is 11:30AM for the cruise ship and general boarding starts at 12:30PM, so depends on which type of check in you have, we will meet you in Level 2, check in counter and hand off the scooter to you. When you deboard the ship on the final day, we will meet you at the exit after you finish with custom. Thank you for the question. Alex
