I will start by saying Dr Flikinger is awesome. So this review does not pertain to him AT ALL. It is the rest of the staff. Our cat was having some life threatening issues. We were finally able to get him in for the next day. You have to call when you have arrived which we did not know until we see the sign in the door. So holding our cat in hand and of course we are more than concerned with what is going on with him, we are met at the door with "can I help you?" We explained that we had an appointment At 8:30am. The reply was Dr Flickinger is already with his 8:30 appointment. They were able to get us in after I pushed the issue. Fast forward several days we had to make the difficult decision to put him down. Again very difficult to get him in. I had my son with me and while both of our eyes were welled up with tears, the vet tech is making very inappropriate jokes. Losing a fury family member is difficult enough, we really could have done without the misplaced humor and lack of compassion. We will not be back again.
