worst staff EVER ive called nonstop trying to get an appt for the OBGYN, every single time the receptionist amanda answers she tells me that theyre in a meeting and to call back after a certain time and when i do they dont pick up!! wish i can give it zero stars. im disgusted at how rude and unprofessional they are.

This place is highly unprofessional! I had one appointment here. There’s a chance I have epilepsy, and I totaled my car hit 5 cars a bus and an actual person and have no memory I had a seizure behind the wheel twice and were talking about 2 cars of mine not 1. I told reddy that I fall out in the street because at the time I had no medicine and what I’m taking isn’t doing anything cause it’s getting worse. I had an appointment my first one with teddy he told me he needed documentation from my hospital and I brought it. The receptionist told me they don’t take documentation from anywhere and she can’t give anything in. He told me my follow up he will give me my referrals and he NEVER SCHEDULED A FOLLOW UP. HE NEVER GOT MY REFERRALS.I called about my second appointment and the lady told me I don’t have anything so why lie to me dr ? You never did your part of the job you took an oath to help and take care of people but instead you give attitude argue and ignore. I haven’t lost my cool yet and still they treat me like I’m nothing. I am getting worse by day and this medical center wont even answer the phone and they have nothing to leave a voicemail and even so THEY NEVER CALL BACK. And everyone at the office is disrespectful and they always give attitude and push people away. At this point I’m filing a lawsuit because god help me if I die or anything else happens ITS HIS FAULT. This is far from over and I hope they all see this. Anyone that’s thinking about coming PLEASE THINK TWICE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO! THEY DONT CARE. THEY ONLY CAME FOR A CHECK!

Worst staff ever, they are incompetent. I gave them my insurance card all my information to check me in. After almost 2 hours they called me back to let me know that my insurance card is not working. The insurance company only updated the insurance card but it’s the same information. They asking me to contact the insurance company. And go seat again for another hour or 2. What they do they take your information and they acting like they are so busy and keep your insurance card seating down and they are taking NONSENCE between them. I will nerver go there again and I don’t recommend this Doctor Reedy and his Staff.

Do not go to vascular department please!!! It is the worst by far. The staff is nice, but the doctors are the worst!! Stay away from the department.
