The pharmacist, Eric, was nice enough to work on the 4th of July and fill our prescription. He was also super nice the entire time. Thank you so much, Eric. You are a lifesaver.

Yikes I went in on 12/23/2019 to pick up batteries. They were locked up, which is no big deal. I looked at the store brand which were unlocked, an associate came over asking if I pulled them off the locked peg (slightly accusatory). I explained that no, they are all unlocked but I'd like to purchase the higher end AAs which were locked. I went to check out and went home. When I got home I opened the batteries and noticed they had been leaking. So back to the store. I was waiting in line and had a Cashier named Angie. I showed her the receipt and batteries. She seemed annoyed (refused to take the receipt I handed her or look at the batteries and kind of glared at me) but told me to go get another, I asked if I can have someone unlock them and let her know that they were locked for that brand. She replied "oh really they are locked" sarcastically and rolled her eyes. I was being respectful, I wasn't trying to upset anyone. I did get upset after her comment - it embarrassed me. I snapped at her and told her I will just rip them off the peg since I was already accused of doing that the first time. When I went to get the batteries, Angie the cashier followed me. She told me "Look these batteries are not even locked up, my employees cannot even do that right". I was upset at this point and told her that she needs to do her job better and perhaps read the product that was being exchanged - I bought a 6 pack of batteries and she tried to hand me a 4 pack. I went back to the register, she handed me the receipt with the batteries. Angie got quiet, I think she knew I was pretty upset. This is unacceptable behavior for an employee. I understand that products can be damaged, things happen but to continually be treated poorly by employees is not okay.

I have to shop there. Let's just say the photos are stock photos & not Bishop. They have empty isles most the time. Employee's are nice enough & so are the pharmacists. Just wish it was better stocked. I've worked retail since I was a kid. You can't sell it if you don't have it. Full shelves look better & make money.

Why are the shelves so empty at Bishop Rite aid? Would think with kmart gone they would provide better shopping?
