No customer service skills at all. The whole place stunk because of food burning on the sandwich griddle. The young lady that made our smoothies kept putting her hair in the blender when she would bend over to add ingredients. She almost got yogurt in it too. Pull you hair back. You work in food service. It is disgusting. Not to mention the "smoothie" wasn't even blended enough to get up the straw and it only tastes like sugar and not the ingredients listed. I expected it to be sub par but not this bad. $15 for 2 mediocre drinks with a $3 tip. Won't be back.

They changed the name to Juice n' Java. It was good, but, the workers are over worked with too few employees, so it takes a while.
