Too slow the service doesn't work I asked for a caramel frappe and they gave it to me without caramel nk white cream... I ordered in the app and asked for a venti and when I went to pick it up they gave me a big one because they didn't have a venti and when I had paid the venti and they didn't they wanted to refund me nothing

My niece was in here waiting so patiently for the items she ordered. As she sat and waited everyone who was working there was completely ignored her WHILE COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT I WAS IN LINE WAITING TO BE HELPED. When some construction men came in they were greeted and helped and I had to interrupt and mention I've been waiting in life for more then 5 min while Noone was in line. They can't even say that they didn't see me because I had eye contact with each on them.
