Horrible Experience!!!!!! Apparently, Thoroughbred Motors new ownership is not any better than their old ownership. I bought a vehicle from them back in August and I have given them ample time to fix their mistake. Now 4 months later I have a vehicle that I can not drive. This is not due to mechanical issues just paper issues. I paid them to do tax title and licensing in for this vehicle in my state. After I did not receive my WI tags. I called the Dealership and asked what was going on? It turns out they did not have the title to the vehicle I bought. They never called me to let me know. I was reassured by their Finance Manger that it is OK this happens all the time. (BIG RED FLAG FOR ANYONE ELSE) I know where I am from this doesn't happen because it is illegal to sell a vehicle without a title. It is Illegal in KY as well. I spoke with Todd once on the phone regarding this. It was on OCT 1st. He assured me they received he title and it was sent in on Sept 28th. His wife would call me back. She never did. No title or tags came in the mail. No phone calls back from the dealership since then. I have had a couple of texts from Todd after I involved the Lexington Police and State police. I have given them more then ample time to have this issue resolved. It still is not and now I do not have a vehicle to drive. Any communication back from the dealership would have been great. Many phone calls over this time frame. DO NOT BUY FROM Thoroughbred Motors.

I went to this place hoping to get a car to help me do home visits. I got a car ( they sold me a warranty also ). Four days later the transmission went out. I called them they told me I had a warranty and to call them... I did and the warranty put a transmission in. It took the warranty place three weeks to put a transmission in .. then after I got the car back two days later the “shifter” went out and here I am again with a car that’s paid off through a finance company and no car ... This place sells lemons with warranties .. go ahead and get a car here if you don’t believe and see for yourself .. What comes around goes around and I hope this car lot gets what they come .. idc if I have to work three jobs I’m contacting an attorney and you all will not get by with it As you all said there is no “lemon law” but there is JUSTICE !!
