Went in with a simple question about buying a cut of meat. The lady at the front was very nice and helpful but the head butcher/manager was very unpleasant and rude. Instead of answering with a simple yes or no he decided to mock me and act like my question was dumb. There are plenty of great meat markets and butchers around, I’d suggest going elsewhere where.

Ordered a 5 bone-in Prime Rib for a family gathering. It was trimmed, boned and tied back (with the bones). Cooked on my Trager for 6 hours and it was the best ever. So tender, juicy and flavor-town! December 22, 2021 Picked up two 4bone seasoned prime ribs, cook them tonight, serve them at 135°. They were incredible!!

I know they take food stamps. I've also been told that they'll deliver in Stagecoach, as they supply a few stores out here. I'd ask, it can't hurt.
