Breakfast each morning was nice. Jackie was so pleasant and helpful. Room was king bed as requested. Couch in room was soiled. We stayed 6 nights and never asked for housekeeping, but never received it either, don't know how long you stay before they come? Didn't need any help as we were visiting family.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the workout room was nice. Breakfast was great! One time the trays were empty with no eggs or sausage, but it was filled within 5 minutes! I will definitely stay here again!

Had a terrible experience with the foreign call that you have to go through when you call their number. I got incorrect booking information and then they would not help me fix it. I finally got them to transfer me to the physical front desk person at this location and he quickly transferred me to his manager who was helpful and kind in getting my situation fixed. While I give the customer service of the remote employees no stars, the staff at this location were pleasant to work with and able to fix my original booking issue.

Positive: The front desk staff were very courteous. The breakfast was plentiful and good, as such hotel breakfasts go. Negative: GPS address was o nearby Holiday inn. Hotel recently converted over to pet friendly. Severe pee stains all over th cloth furniture. Flat sheet on our King Bed was a queen sheet! Sheets and shams were rough. Only 2 maids in whole .hotel! Not up to stds!
