We live about 50 minutes east of Parker & they were extremely accommodating on our later arrival (9:10pm) and so kind! Jake was an amazing MA who checked us in with such great bed side manner and Robin, PA, was attentive, kind and thorough!! Thank you all for being there and treating us with such Grace!

Both my son and I needed emergency care. We got there at 7:00 pm and filled out forms. Then sat for an hour and a half with no feedback. During this time not one person left the facility. I finally asked and they just said they only had one provider and patients were taking up the rooms. However no one went in or out of the patient area the whole time we were there. So we got our money back and went to Sky Ridge Parker ER where we got right in. The other thing that was annoying about 20 Mile Urgent care is they had 4 people sitting around the reception desk doing nothing. Then they could care less that we were sick and had no issue giving us our money back and going somewhere else. I will not be going back. They do have pretty good reviews but my experience was not a good one.

I’ve seen Dr. Morrison several times over the years for respiratory issues. He has always been very kind, compassionate and attentive. I actually preferred Dr. Morrison over my Primary Care Physicians over the years!! I haven’t seen him in some time, as we’ve moved out of state, but today I had to call for records, and both staff members I spoke to were amazing! Easiest records request ever!! I don’t think you would ever be disappointed with Dr. Morrison’s care!!

I had to have my ears flushed due to blockage and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was well explained and quick. The wait was a bit long - but the staff and overall experience made up for it.
