Love this place - fantastic food, great staff and their happy hour is SO worth it. It's hard to get truly great seafood in Colorado but this place sure delivers. The oysters in any form are some of the best I've had in a land-locked state and their other dishes are just as good. Don't pass up the oyster shooters (and get them with pepper vodka) - to die for. My wife and I have been a number of times and will be back soon. They have a lovely little patio area that faces west too.

Every single dish we had was absolutely stellar. Service was great, the outdoor dining was lovely. Absolutely will be back. If you like seafood, this place is a must try. We came and shared a number of small plates, including oysters, oyster shooters (which were _delicious_), shrimp Mac and cheese, and steamed mussels in a white wine sauce. Every bite was wonderful. The oyster shooters and the shrimp Mac and cheese were the highlights for me.

What a lovely place to have a nice dinner! Trestles Coastal Cuisine makes a makes a person feel like they are right on the coast of the Pacific. With wonderful service and great food what more could you ask for? Accommodations and special requests were met with perfection and ease.
