"Dine in only when the store is not busy" - Please take this advice if you don't have time to read my full review. It's important to note that my review of 1 star was affected mostly by their poor services, and you can find many others talked about their services from previous reviews. Our order (a piece of cake, a cup of tea, and a coffee) took no less than 20 minutes to be brought to our table... The store was not fully packed but clearly was disorganized or understaffed. Almost every table around us were waiting and trying to get sever's attention at some point. A server brought water over when we first sat down but they were so busy that I weren't able to get my water refilled again. I observed a young couple asking for utensils for their lunch at least 5 TIMES, and they still did not get it by the time we left. The store's interior layout was cute, but you would become annoyed when you saw everyone waving their hands to get attention from the server and eventually you needed to join them too to start waving your hands. I left reluctantly a 15% tips - what I really wanted to put down was 0%. The services we received were worse than our neighborhood bakery. To be fair, food quality is so great! We ordered a seasonal limited Pear mille-feuille, a cup of Seattle Medium Roast, and a iced fruit cocktail tea. Cake was so delicious!! If you are a fan of light cake without heavy whip cream and sugar, I think you'd definitely enjoy it. I personally like it better than Lady M. Tea and coffee were also great. Were they worthy for the wait and a chaotic dining experience? No. So going back to my very first sentence - Take a seat when the store is not busy; otherwise, do not dine in to ruin a chance to enjoy a delightful dessert. You can order it to go and find a beautiful spot right outside from Chelsea Market if the weather allows, and I am sure you would enjoy it much more.

We came here and tried to order, apparently you can only order food on weekends, the only things you can order on a normal day is either a cake, coffee or tea

Yes we are. Cake Reservation/ Whole cake reservations can be made in store and over the phone for in-store pick-up. Orders need to be placed at least 2 days prior to the pick-up date. *Place your orders by 6pm EST on 12/23 to get it by 12/25 in store. Holiday Business Hours/ Friday (12/24) – Sunday (12/26) 11:00am – 8:00pm Indoor Dining Service is available until 6:00pm (Last food order is at 3:00pm, Drinks until 5:30pm) Cake takeout is available until 8:00pm.
