This park has so much potential but the owners are extremely cheap & incompetent to try & run an RV park. Complete BS, not one person here ever for anything, dirty, lawn never ever tended to, water gross, NO INTERNET, NO tv, NO RULES!!! What is the point in signing a contract when you can do whatever whenever?? You can literally work on a vehicle for days at all hours, I mean this place is an absolute joke!! Don’t even get me started on the garbage rental campers in here. I cannot wait to get assigned a new job location.

Water pressure is always low, power goes out a lot and the people who mow throw grass all over the vehicles which is very unappreciated. It's quiet and a nice play to stay but needs some better ways of doing things and improving the problems mentioned above. Their wifi works great though!!

My husband has only been there renting for only a couple of days n we got to visit there this weekend n let me just say although we did run into some situations the manager n the new owner took care of it as fast as they could. And we greatly appreciate it

Do not spend even a dollar in this place the owners are the worst and show no care from out of town visitors what so ever, not to mention the power outages that happen 3 to 5 times out of the week.
