Positive: The cleanliness and the breakfast was delicious! Great way for my softball player to start her morning. She doesn¿t like to eat in the mornings so that really says a lot. Negative: Everything was great our ice bucket wasn¿t in there. I told the front desk and she told me where it should have been, but it was not.

The good about it was the staff, definitely amazing staff. Greeted as soon as walked in and helped. Very friendly. What was poor was, as a Hilton member received no waters, or extended check out time. Also, no digital key access. Lastly there was only 1 elevator. Rooms were outdated however still nice, did not have a problem with shower water. Loved the rooms had microwave and fridge!

I checked in even after the hotel had no hot water. Due to a boiler issue it was still a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and if course it was quiet and peaceful because everyone checked out

I stayed because of the reviews and I totally disagree! The hotel is older and although the gave tried to keep it up, there are a few issues from an aesthetic standpoint. The hallway floors are dingy dirty. There is a smell throughout the hotel that is unpleasant. My room had lights misfunctioning that were of great concern. Are they walking these units? The bed was not comfortable at all. They should contact Hampton Inn and Suites in Mount Pleasant, TX. They have an amazing bed! The room was clean. The decor and furniture are outdated! Much of this is about preference rather than an operational issue. I am not fond of older hotels because of these reasons.
