If I could give negative stars I would give 150 of them! The star are rude from the get go! Nasty on phone when asking questions, nasty when you check in sick, nasty when you are paying at check out! The doctors have nothing notable to say other than they addressed concerns. Nothing above or beyond that. Now fast forward a mo from visit I rec a bill for $150, for visit that was paid $200 at time of service. Informed I rec $50 refund for overcharge. 2 mo later rec another bill for same amount, now rep said there was no overcharge & no refund to be issued, but she would take care of bill. 8 mo later I am now in collections for same bill! My extreme disappointment with their service & unethical practice is less than satisfactory! I warn all who go SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS & seriously go at your own risk!

We are only summer residents here for a few years but I have needed urgent care for something or another every summer. This visit was for an eye injury. This was the best UC center of all I have been to in the area. A small but very well maintained facility with easy access and ample parking, it is easy to find. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful and the physician was thorough and reassuring. Happy we found this one.

We visited in August 2022 while vacationing in Cape May with our 4 year old who had gastrointestinal issues. The facility was clean and there was not a long wait. The PA on duty- David- was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner, especially with a little kid. We appreciate that this urgent care was available to help us so we were able to feel better and enjoy our vacation.
