Great food can't go wrong u must upgrades fries to curds ur missing out And cheese curds are amazing the only thing I wish they would do along with millions of others is bring back that curd Burger that they had for that 1 The money The money they made off of that I'm just one day can you imagine how much money they would make year after year off for that thing people aren't gonna get sick of that people will continuously buy it

Upper Midwest's popular frozen custard drive through/dine in. I'm from the East and had to try them out. Culver's is so much more than their dessert items, such as theur butter burgers. However, we chose the root beer shake. Much thicker than a float our shakes had a hint of root beer and was much creamery than a common ice cream shake. Love to try their frozen custard treats.

My wife and I went to the Gate Parkway location in Jacksonville a couple of days ago. It was our last Trip in there and I encourage everyone to eat elsewhere. Most of there issues were caused by Their manager named Austin. He acted like the TV character named Barney but was very rude. First, he came out to tell us our order was 20 Minutes late as the order didn’t get turned. There Wasn’t many customers. Secondly, he brought out Meal that was totally wrong, onions we didn’t want Cheese we didn’t order, lukewarm fries and one Burger with no bun. Austin took food back but Complained about doing so. I asked what was Wrong and he said to just leave. I told him I wanted the meal we ordered. Finally he brought Our food and. Half was still wrong so I took it to Counter for a refund. The other employees were Friendly and offered to help but Austin was still Mouthing off in front or two customers at counter. One left. This person should be terminated Immediately for his rude behavior. Zero people Skills. He seemed to embarrass other employees. This wasn’t at all like they advertise on TV. Should Receive a zero star.

This Culver's always has a great, efficient staff running. The drive thru is relentless but always keeps moving at a steady rate and on this visit we decided to dine outside and the food came out in a timely manner with the order 100% correct. It makes me not want to go anywhere else when we decide to go out somewhere quick for dinner.
