This place is an organized mafia. They steal children and place them with abusers. Judges and Referees refuse to follow any laws. Administrative Judge pretends she has nothing to do with her subordinates. They have zero respect to constitution and human rights. If you pay up you will get an upper hand in a custody. Janet Mc Farland provides illegal donations to De Blasio. Patric De Lizzo is a racist.
Gotti Gates
This court is the most racist of them all. The run it as they would there house, no rules and laws don’t apply.
Insane baby Sky insane

IF YOU HAVE A CHILD WITH ABUSER , DO NOT FILE IN THIS COURT!!! RUN AWAY OR YOUR CHILD WILL BE PLACED WITH ABUSER AND YOU WILL BE CUT OF FROM THE CHILD'S LIFE. THIS COURT OPERATES ON HERSAY/SHERSAY, WHOMEVER HAS MORE MONEY AND SAY LIES IS WINNING. CHILD IS ALWAYS LOOSING. THIS COURT SHOWED ZERO INTEREST IN EVIDENCE OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS!!!!! #teamprotectivemom. My case in Staten Island Family Court was filed on Sept 27th, 2019. Trail began Sept 27th, 2021. It is supposed to be concluded in 60 days. However, the Respondent is delaying the justice and court is refusing to schedule all day trial and conclude the custody case. On April 19th court was made aware of destruction of my child by alienating her from fit mother that is occurring by expert witness, forensic evaluator psychologist Dr Mark Rand. Court continues to refuse to return my 6 year old daughter home without any justification. My child was removed on Jan 6th, 2021 without any evidence of me ever harming her in any way. Yet the child continues to be in abusive household of a father who is diagnosed sociopath. BELOW IS MY ANGEL RIPPED OUT OF MY ARMS, ORDER SIGNED BY MCFARLAND.

Have to contact a legal aid or lawyer, and they can file a motion in court
Go file an order of protection against him and bring the papers to the precient in u our jurisdiction they will remove him
Must either file a motion if you don't have a court date nearing, or if you have a court date coming up soon make sure you bring it to the courts attention
I do not believe so
Maternal should file
What reversed back child support are you talking about?? I thought you said you are not on child support. They are your kids so you don't get nothing back. For custody or visitation, I suggest you contact a legal aid group in your borough. Go to family court and ask them how you can get legal aid.
I applaud you for being Willing to Raise your Nephew as your own. I can not give you legal advice because I am not a Lawyer. What I believe will happen, is they will find the child's Biological Father and they will award him custody. Then the fight will begin over adoption. Personally, in my opinion, the best interest of the child will be lost because of selfish emotions. It takes a village to raise a child. The best possible outcome can only happen, when you work with each other and find away to allow the child to see and enjoy the freedom to receive, Love and guidance, from as many people that want to see them succeed. The state will find a way to manipulate, Egos and emotion to make it a custody battle. Be prepared for a long dragged out proceeding. Good Luck and best wishes.
Short answer Yes. I don't give legal advice I am not an attorney. But Changing the Child's last name does not make the child any less his. Regardless of what the situation, is the child deserves to know and receive Love from both of you. After all you can not say you Love your child unconditionally and then place a condition like removing their Father. Of course that is my opinion. Granted I do not know the circumstances surrounding your specific situation. Frankly, it is none of my business. I wish you Luck. All I ask is to keep in mind, the actions you take now, will effect the child for the rest of their life.

Yes
Well in my opinion you should get an attorney...they know things about the system that u don't know (loop-holes) i think the family court give u a free lawyer...check into that...dont do this by yourself...good luck
No only for emergencies
I hope you were given the aid by the victims, but in NY there are many aids for people with limited resources
If she is arrested and her case goes to Court, the Judge may ask her where else she can stay like with another family member. If you request it, you may be granted an Order of Protection that says she can't go to your home, school, or place of business, or make any contact with you by any means. Her lawyer will likely ask that she be allowed back in the home to retrieve her belongings, and you may request a specific time as well as a Police escort. This situation may be indefinite, or at least last during the pendency of her Court case.
I'm sorry your family is going through this. If your granddaughter was arrested and charged with a Felony her case will go to the Youth Part of Supreme Court-Criminal Term, if she was charged with a Misdemeanor she will go to Probation for an Intake interview and possibly receive adjustment services. If her case is not adjusted, it will be referred to Family Court for a Juvenile Delinquency petition. I hope this all works out favorably.
MUST get "proper visitation" through the court, meaning that the judge must tell you when and how many times a week you can see your son, oh and where, and who else must be present, if anyone, sometimes of which is at a certain office where your visit is filmed and picked over with a fine toothed comb
If you or he cannot prove that, yes the court is going to make him give you more money
You may want to ask your parole officer if you have one, or I wouldn't go directly to the court I might talk to an attorney first
It may be a certain room in a certain courtroom I would check that out
It may be a certain room in Manhattan family court:-!
Yes and if your have lawyer he can get you those documents also
If you have an attorney you must have them contact the court
Yea it is . If you have an attorney it might be better to file things through them
Must go to this location, as well as possibly town hall/city hall.
Yes
No
Unfortunately your going to need more then that to legally get him out, if he isn't being violent or breaking any laws you might be stuck with him for now. Hopefully he will get a job
