The staff at Medford Urgent Care are among the finest I’ve seen! At a time when you are feeling your worst, they make you feel cared for and respected and important. In the past week, my family and I have been very sick and have had to be seen several times, from technical issues to testing and treatment they have exceeded my expectations in all areas of our care. I’m am very grateful for the staff at Medford Urgent Care! Thank you for all you do for our community!

Medical assistant did not have experience. Put blood pressure cuff on upside down. Took my temperature and said it was 97. Prepared labs but not sure even prepared them right. Before I got there my temperature was 100.7. Doctor was not great either. Also, Doctor gave me a note for work and put wrong dates so I had to call and go back for a new note. Very clunky, not very confident in level of care and will never return or recommend.

Went to Virtua Urgent Care for an injury to my right pinky finger. I was seen by APN immediately, had x-ray taken, diagnosed & prescribed medication almost instantly! Was extremely happy with the care I received, would return without hesitation to use your services again & highly recommend you to others! Thank You Virtua Health of Medford Urgent Care!
