Upon arriving at the office no one greeted this client despite office staff just sitting around chit chatting. I was feeling pretty awful that day and they were quite rude especially having staffers just staring out the window.; one being one of the physicians. After the office receptionist hollered across the room to correct a form I neglected to fill out, she then told me the appointment I had was to be 30 minutes late. Her tone and demeanor was very dismissive. Would never recommend!

I came to this office for a drive by Covid test back in 2020. Never saw a Dr or stepped for in their office. Come to find out this office wrongly documented the visit. Long story short Covid testing are free but instead my visit was listed as a dr/patient visit. Now I’m expect to pay because I “saw” a Dr.

Needed a rapid Covid test. It was a complete scheduling debacle. Inaccurate hours online. Misleading pricing. I booked a same day appointment through a central scheduler only to be told by the local office staff that I didn’t have an appointment. Called the scheduling office back- they could see my appointment but basically said there wasn’t anything they could do. No one had any compassion or provided any support whatsoever. Seems like a company who makes their internal chaos the customers problem so maybe I dodged a bullet.
