No they definitely don't have anyone to back you up in any situation...on there hand book in big black bold letters..it's Says...WE CAN FIRE YOU AT ANY TIME FOR A REASON OR NO REASON AT ALL!!! for example if the supervisor doesn't like your shirt..they can fire you...and that's the honest truth..
