Very horrible office. They don't own up to the mistakes they make so now im left unraveling a mistake they won't own up to. Extremely disappointed with the service I've received all they do is hang up on me all day can't even speak to a manager when im in desperate need of them correcting an issue they created.

I'm not sure of the name of who I spoke to, however, they were very condescending, talked over me every time I spoke, and basically told me to f off, bc I needed help with the website, bc it said it couldnt create an account with my SSN. They said word for word " that's great, I've given you every option, if it's not working, I dont know what to tell you". Dont call them unless you want to be talked over, and condescended. Just straight up rude customer service! I've worked csr, I understand its stressful, but theres NO reason I shouldn't have been able to talk, majority of the phone call.
