Cancelled my wife’s appointment, without telling her beforehand. She drove all the way over there just to be told that they cancelled it. Then the next day we get a call from them saying that she “no showed” at her appointment that they themselves cancelled.

Physical Therapist Kristen is AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable and kind. She has really helping me with the back issues I have. The only negative experience I have had is with the amount of phone calls and text messages regarding my appointments. This last time I received a text message ay 9:31 am asking me to confirm my appointment which, I did confirm. Then, 20 minutes later, 9:51 am, I received an automated call asking me to confirm my appointment AGAIN, which I did! THEN a girl called me at 10:24 am asking me to confirm my appointment! Having to confirm my appointment THREE times is bad enough but having to do it within a ONE HOUR time frame is RIDICULOUS!!! Again - Physical Therapist Kristen is AWESOME!

I called today to ask if they take Tricare insurance, and one lady in the front desk said that it wasn't in her list, & that I have to call my insurance..they work there and they do not know if they take Tricare insurance?
