Choose a more professional organization. Awful patient care. Stopped my meds without advising me and so far refused to renew even though my Doctor had said I had to stay on this medication for a minimum of 12 months. This drug has awful withdrawals which is well known. My Doctor and I have discussed this at length and had arranged a treatment plan to exit this drug. Well thanks Arc, looks like I have to deal with this by myself. No one seems to care at Arc about patients. 2 weeks without the meds and getting know where with phone calls and the app. It's as if I am not even registered here. We all deserve far better care! 1hr long phone queues to try and make contact with someone only to be lied too. Tried to refill through the app and nothing. Maybe after this awful review someone may have some compassion and finally do something productive and settle my withdrawal symptoms down!

For improvement purposes!! Let me start by letting you know. I waited 1hr:42 min to be seen no one came to my room or anyone to be found to let me know if physician was ruuning behind. Physician entered the room in a hurry, did not introduce himself or ask who I was, his first words were (whats going on here!!)to a patient who he hasn't seen or taken care of, I had to tell him to check my eye (inside were the problem was) he did it because I asked not much interested on my complaint.. anyways I've worked in the medical field for more then 15 yrs and I just need to let you know this is unacceptable and requires of more trainning, managing appointment times and costumer service skills. Front desk and MA were very nice and courteous . Thank you .

Waited for over an hr, just to get a referral for allergy specialist

Zero if I could. The ABSOLUTE worst in refills and getting referrals. I'm actively seeking another provider. It's been years now and ARC is more abysmal EVER YEAR!!!
