Checked in and left within minutes, basically just give them our money. The hotel is isolated to itself, overall a filthy hotel to the point I was afraid to even let my dog on the floor. A couple of different groups of people hanging around the outside and in lobby that did not feel safe. We have stayed in many different hotels over the years as my husband travels for work. This was by far the absolute worst we’ve ever seen! The only reason it could even deserve 1 star was the front desk clerk. She was nice and doing the best she could.

Kris had excellent customer service!! We accidentally booked for the incorrect night through a booking website, and she helped us fix the mistake on the phone with the third party booking company. She went above and beyond for us!

The ladies at the front desk are just amazing!! I've come here for the past 2 weeks and they have always been nice and accommodating!! The rooms are clean and all I need!! Being a trucker it's nice to be able to park my truck and come to a great hotel with very awesome people!!

They gave us the room with a hole in the roof, then still charged us full price 😂 the one desk personel was so nice, but the others were not. I would stay here again I think, I hadn't any real problems. The breakfast was a joke.
