Really enjoyed this KFC, it had nice and friendly staff, it was also really clean compared to the other KFCs I've been at.

The food we recieved was all very delicious and the staff were excellent I was disappointed to find out they took away the green beans as they are my daughter absolute favorite but overall still satisfied

This is the worst kcf to eat at in this area. They have horrible service. The never have enough food made past 8pm when they close at 9:30pm. And if you do happen to get them to make eneythang after 8 it's cold and it's always the wrong order. And the people who is working there no matter what time they are supper rude. I recommend if you want kfc go to the one in Oakhill or chillicothe Ohio.

I'm giving the food 3 stars, although I didn't get to taste any for this review. The food has always been delicious, but on this evening I drove into the drive-thru to place my order, and after doing so was told that my items would be a little higher than expected. I had changed a few items because we prefer all white meat. So I had originally wanted the strips, but they were going to be a while longer. So I asked for breast & wings. After being quoted a higher price told the teller to make it strips after all, and pafor the the food, then was asked to pull around front and someone would be out to give me our order. I pulled around front and waited patiently, and Finally after what I knew was well past the asked waiting time got out of my vehicle and attempted to enter the building to see what the problem was. But the door was locked, so I got back into my vehicle to wait some more. I noticed a worker coming out so I thought I was Finally getting our order to go home, but the guy served the cars behind me, and when I asked him about my order was told again to hang on, so I pulled back through the drive thru to ask to speak to the manager, and after doing so was asked to drive up to the window. After another waiting period was told by the manager that she couldn't find my order. And I stated that I paid for the food but again she couldn't find the order. I handed her the exact change that I was Givin after paying for our food, an she asked once again what I had paid with and I told her. Still no order was found and the teller didn't hand me a receipt when I had paid,. They made it right but I didn't appreciate thinking that I could have had a bad situation happen and all for wanting KFC, I didn't appreciate feeling like I has done something wrong.
