We are so grateful and thankful for Ramona’s Parrots! My 7 year old daughter had the unfortunate experience of waking up to a deceased budgie that we purchased from a local franchise pet store. Immediately I called Mrs. Ramona for guidance and wisdom as I had spoken to her a month ago when I inquired about first getting a bird. She invited us to her store and it was the most pleasant experience!!!! She took her time to educate us on what to do and what not to do. We felt like we were her most important customers. We purchase a sweet beautiful parakeet (budgie) that she helped us name. She continues to guide us anytime we call or text.
