I've been going here for a long time and I've never been here and they be so busy that they can't answer calls. This is not acceptable. I desperately need to get my mammogram done asap. I've tried calling numerous times and stayed on hold for 20-30 minutes. Other than that..I'm satisfied.

We have been waiting ONE MONTH to get a full body PET scan scheduled for my mom at this location. I have called multiple times only to be on hold for 15 minutes or longer until I decided to hang up. The one time someone did answer, they said the order was "in their que" but they could not schedule it yet due to the manager having to approve the order. If my mom has cancer and we have wasted a WHOLE month delaying her diagnosis and care, this is incredibly neglectful! I am beyond aggravated at this point! ***Updated to add that someone did answer my call just a few minutes ago. They are "still waiting on insurance authorizations, etc." "Give it a few more days and call us back if you have not heard from us."*** This is NOT acceptable, Atrium Health!

Inaccurate billing. Sent for Preventative procedure by my MD, radiology instead charged as a diagnostic exam so insurance won’t cover it. I’ve spent hours speaking with both Atrium and BCBS without success. UNC has teamed up with Blueridge Morganton so my wife and I will be receiving further care from them.

If you have already had it they should have told you when your dr will get the results, however it depends on your dr as to when they will get in touch with you to let you know. If you register on myatrium.com you can see all you results from anyone on the atrium system.
Most likely you'd get the disk from your recommending physician
