There's an app called FresGo where you can report code violations such as vacant buildings, blight (unslightly buildings, nusance, piled up trash, overgrown weeds, homeless encampments) as well as graffiti, potholes, stoplights not working, poor drainage etc. Also you can call the nonemergency #s. But I believe it's more health and safety code type violations.

After 10 pm people have a reasonable expectation to not have their sleep infringed upon. But, they will only ASK them to be quiet. It make take multiple calls & visits in 1 night to get anything done. AND if you try on your own 1st & the situation escalates, GO INSIDE&CALL911. When our neighbor woke us for the 3rd time in 1 night & was so ignorantly agressive that he demanded my fiance come outside or the neighbor said he would continue to play his music and scream at us indefinitely. When my man did go outside, the 6'7" neighbor swung on my man who then maced him in self defense. The cops were called & the neighbor was threatening & demeaning to all 3 officers (who said my man was well within his rights and the neighbor was clearly in the wrong and would be arrested) until the neighbor (on parole for corporal injury to a child) called his old church buddy from Cornerstone...A SERGEANT on his cell phone. The sergeant had MY MAN arrested. Our new car got $6k in damage that night/a.m.
