We had a problem with our water heater not working properly. We were receiving luke warm water at best , right at shower time. I called and left both voice and email messages on the BTES system. I received a phone call the next morning at 0745. The lady (Jennifer) was caring and very professional. She had me scheduled for a technician to come out and check my problem. Before 1PM the tech (Jason) arrived and found my issue. He replaced the upper and lower thermostats and had me going in no time. Both of the employees of BTES were better then we could have ever hoped for. Five stars aren’t enough! So, join the water heater program today.

Stacy in Customer Service is great!! If I have to call BTES for many reasons I always speak to her. If she isn't available in leave her a voicemail and she always calls me back. She always has a smile on her face and you can hear it in her voice when you talk to her. She should teach her great customer service skills to some other folks in the business. BTES is fortunate to have her. Thanks for all you do Stacy.

My cable has been out around 8 last night and still not on at 8 this morning
Internet has been messed up for four months. Paying for 60mbps. Getting 35. They sent someone to fix it who couldn't figure it out. Hit didnt even bother to shut the box back when done and the cable management is so bad can barely get box to shut back. I've called and went down there personally along with emailing them. They have been ignoring me. Havent heard from them in over a month until today. Called me wanting to update my email address lol. They should fix my internet and back pay me all the months I've been getting robbed. Terrible service. Wish there was a different electric company other than this awful monopoly

Check your breakers to make sure they're all on. If so, you call their electrical outage line and they'll send someone out to fix the problem.

Cable working down on volunteer parkway. If you have a cable box, try power cycling(unplug the boxes power, count to 10,replug), would be my suggestion.

You do, the bill is pieced out too every customer and the hide it by saying that its because of the cold weather. To prove my point check your bill in February and see if your bill came down quite a bit vs December & January. Who do you think pays the bill for the Christmas lights in downtown Bristol.....not Bristol, oh they pay a small percentage but the rest is conveniently swepted under your light bill.
If there's more than one person in the house streaming anyting or more than three devices in the house using internet you probably want the 100 package believe it or not the upload is just too slow on 60 it's not the download it's upload that kills you

I know they had power outages early this morning Transform blew. Also, today is cut off date if bill wasn't paid on the 1st so they are probably swamped
