1st time in a few years that we needed to use a laundromat and chose this place based on it's proximity to our home. I had been there once before as well, and it was an uneventful trip. My issue isn't with cleanliness; everything functioned well, with the exception of Large load washer... Typical machine that accepts change, as well as debit cards. I paid with coins and as I slipped each quarter thru the slot I could see the card reader tallying up how much was paid/how much was left to pay. The card reader showed I had paid $9 (even though I paid with quarters the card reader still displayed my total) but I pressed "start" and the actual machine said I had to insert $9 (the price to do one load). I spoke with the office manager and I explained all of the behaviors I observed from the machine/ card reader..and her exact words were "No, our machines don't even do that". She inserted a few quarters and saw exactly what I was telling her. So obviously, the machines DO do that. No apology. In fact, she defended her original statement. Even after witnessing what was talking about. If you don't have knowledge of the equipment you are MANAGING, fine. Whatever, you'll learn. But do not treat customers like they are lying and looking for a refund until you TRY IT YOURSELF. Again, it was a very pleasant space for a laundromat. Maybe the cleanest one I've seen. However, I won't be returning simply because of this terribly rude lady.

I've been going to a few laundromats as our house is built. This one has an easy to access parking area, good machines, and most importantly they accept card payment right on the machine.
