I stayed here a few years ago lost my job then was evicted so a few years passed and I was at a better place in life to pay them back the money I own them and Phillip was Absolutely rude and made me feel like I definitely wasted my time. Definitely need to work on his customer service skills 👎

Edited to say, that no matter what the price of rent is, you are expected to be making $2400 a month. That's $15/hr or you best be working a lot of overtime. Don't waste your time with them unless you're lucky enough to actually make a living wage

These people are delusional and no compassion if credit score low don't apply.. I guess if you born with silver spoon in your mouth... The whole world through a pandemic..most people have loss homes and finances and love ones..what planet they been for the past two years..

They require 4x the rent which is already crazy. Don't bother with a co-signer because the co-signer will then have to make 8x the rent alone. After being denied here I was later approved for an apartment that costs $300 more than this rental company asked for. Ridiculous...
