The best car wash in the Poconos.....very clean and well maintained and of course if you compare to other car washes..in here your car really come out clean...yes!

GET THANKFUL

I started a membership about 2 years ago and after some time I see that I wasn't using it as frequent as I thought so I decided to cancel it. With no instructions online I decided hey let me give them a call but of course no one answered tried another location no one answered started looking at reviews and the owner responding found some other numbers to call so I left messages on all of them. Finally someone called me back very friendly and I decided to suspend my service instead of cancel it and ended the call very nicely. Then I get a second call 10 minutes later from some rude man complaining about how many messages I left on the answering machines which was one each phone wouldn't have to do that if someone answered at least one of them!!!!!! The lesson to be learned here beware of companies that make it so easy for you to sign up but so difficult to cancel. Whoever the first return caller was this is not against you but the second caller could really use some training on customer service from you. I wasn't going to complain about this but you kind of forced my hand. Not only was the customer service not up to par but like other complaints the kids they have vacuuming and drying down your car are extremely rude!!! Good luck with everything I won't be back!!!

Nice wash and great that the vacuuming is free! Just unorganized with traffic flow going into wash. A bunch of people that work there just hanging around and talking with each other instead of helping the people that keep them employed. JMO
