Room was supposed to be suite and instead they put us in a double bed when it was supposed to be a suite. When raising our concerns the manager “JP” disregarded our concerns and treated us Hispanics poorly. When we got to the hotel nearly at 1 in the am due to a long day of traveling from NJ to PA for a sports event “Ron” the front desk receptionist had a cell phone tucked into his shirt on his shoulder rudely asked us “ how did you get in?” When we just had walked right in. Not only did he treat us poorly but he also directed us to a room in which the keys didn’t work then directed us to use the key properly like if we were degenerates. Earlier that day Ron called to advise us that there was a problem with our room. Conveniently our suite double bed with the inclusion of a sofa bed converted to a double bed standard room. Even though they had charge us as such. Next day we decided to check out and the manager “JP” disregarded our concerns and treated us unfair with her unprofessionalism. It was by far the worst stay ever.

The rooms were old, our draws would not close, I found hair in the shower, kids were running around in the hallways 3 o'clock in the morning and no breakfast on Saturday morning. The beds weren't comfortable. Not such a great experience.

Front desk person I believe his name was Ron was extremely rude. Has no customer service. Hotel is outdated and rooms are horrible. Beds are hard as a rock. Sheets had stains and pillows were flat. Pool was closed. Breakfast was cold sandwiches and stale donut holes. Coffee tasted old. Would not recommend this place. Price was to high for what we hot.

Way overpriced even if it had all the advertised amenities (pool, wifi, hot breakfast) available, which they weren't. Our room was clean enough for me, but could've used a little more attention, and the hallways especially smelled terrible (which seeped into the room). Never again.

Why do women need them to swim and not men?

Some rooms have 2 queens...and room for a roll away or port a crib you would need the suite. Ask the front desk very helpful.
