The YMCA in Albemarle, NC treated me and my fellow Airman with the upmost hospitality. I have traveled the world prior to this experience and by far this has been the best. Thank you so much for everything YMCA family, especially Mrs. Naomi who greeted us every morning and started our day off right.

We have the cool pool open all day for lap swim. Even during classes the warm pool has spots where adults can walk around for light exercise. There's a schedule online you can look at for the pools or call the front desk for info. Hooe this helps you.
