I needed a part that I learned was on National Back Order for years with no ETA. The problem was diagnosed at Scott Clark Honda where I bought my 2012 Honda new and had always serviced it,but was not told about the back order when diagnosed. When I got a second opinion and started calling and checking for the part,an ABS module I learned there was none and learned of the back order info. I contacted Tim Marburger Honda and got a fantastic rep named Ginger. She found the part and also offered to get it so I could get my repair done. Exceptional customer service you don't see today. She scheduled me for that Friday and we spoke on Wednesday. I was very impressed with the Albemarle dealership,I delt with Ginger,Logan and Andrew and all were very knowledgeable and informative at all times. I feel I was let down at Scott Clark but so very appreciative for this team in Albemarle that got me took care of. Great caring employees.Grateful for Ginger going the extra mile.
