There have been more days this month (October 2022) with internet outages than we’ve had rainy days. Can you please get this tightened up? I need reliable internet to work from home. How about a credit on my bill?

Tried having a gaming day with my cousin and his internet continuously drops out. This is nearly every day. Internet seems to be unusable. Customer service doesn't do anything to fix it. Now we can't Hunt together like we'd planned. Major disappointment. Find another ISP

Horrendous service! The internet connection always goes out getting a hold of someone is pointless they can't tell you anything but the obvious its extremely expensive and this is because they are the only ones in this area but exfinity is coming soon and we will be switching. We have been all over the U.S prior service and we have never had this many problems nor the price gouge. The biggest smack in the face is they don't due credit toward it either unless its been out for four hours again taken advantage of being the only provider here but soon to change.This week alone it has gone out 3xs and when we call its an outage in the area like that is a real concern.

Service Electric may have been a pioneer in the industry, but they have consistently lagged behind every other provider in providing up-to-date technology and architecture. Their internet service is as laggy as anything I've ever seen (even though under relatively small loads} and their cable service while well maintained continuously changes channels, adding, deleting, moving things around. I would be so much happier with almost anyone else. It was the one great failure of moving from metropolitan area out here into the beautiful countryside. Service Electric is a nightmare. Prices are astronomical and insane, and service is spotty, glitchy, and inconsistent.
Who do we have to petition to allow other cable companies into P'burg? Does Service electric have a monopoly in Warren and Hunterdon counties?
I have the same issue too. I am pretty sure 50 Shades of Grey has a new movie out not and I am still in the middle of the first😉
As much as I have hated Comcast for decades Service Electric is robbing its customers.
No idea. Had there service for three months. Had to call CS five times. They are expensive as well. So happy I moved. Now I have Comcast. 50 cheaper, better service, more for your dollar.

I do not know of any promotion. Basic cable and internet is around 70 dollars
They are ok. I have the basic internet only and it's not bad. Usually we use it to stream, 2-3 phones and or PlayStation game console.
My cable was off
It was a charge the company been eating 4 years decided to pass it on to the customer it's part of the full channel lineup
