Your physician leaves, at no fault of your own, then you're suddenly a new patient again with a month's wait time to even get in. Pretty much get kicked out of your own doctors office because the doctor left. Like I told the receptionist, I'll die before they get me in there as a "new patient." I'll find myself a PCP that I don't have to worry about getting kicked out of.

Dr. Julie Sprinkle is absolutely amazing. Never in my life have I met such a compassionate person and caring doctor. She takes every concern so seriously and always does everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. She also has a great amount of knowledge on the doctors in our area, so she can always direct you where you need to go if your having a problem that requires a specialist such as an ent or obgyn.
